What we can share so far.

Yes. Molinari Park Subdivision No. 2 was reviewed and approved by the City of Eagle, Ada County Highway District and Eagle Sewer District, and officially recorded in June 2024. The land is platted and ready for construction to begin.
Phase 2 will feature a selection of floor plans from the Phase 1 collection, bringing the same luxury and quality you’ve come to expect from Molinari Park to additional homesites.
Reservations have not yet opened. Joining the interest list is the best way to be notified the moment dates and pricing are confirmed — interest list members are typically notified before the general public.
